Town & Country Escrow Corp. processes all types of Escrows, including Residential Sales and Refinances, Commercial and Industrial, Bulk Transfers, Alcoholic Beverage Control License Transfers, Short Sales and Manufactured Homes.

Our wholly owned subsidiary, T & C Exchange Accommodators Inc., is a qualified intermediary for the Internal Revenue Tax Code, Section 1031, to complete your tax deferred exchange.
